1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TravelSIMSY mobile application and eSIM services provided by SIMSY Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

TravelSIMSY provides pay-as-you-go mobile data services via eSIM technology. Our service allows you to access mobile data in over 140 countries through our network of partner operators.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit and Payments

Credit added to your account does not expire under normal use. However, if your account remains inactive for a period of 24 months, we reserve the right to reclaim the eSIM and any remaining balance in accordance with network regulations.

A small monthly maintenance fee applies to active eSIMs. You may suspend your eSIM at any time through the app to pause this fee.

5. Fair Usage

Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for commercial purposes, resale, or in violation of these terms.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable connectivity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Network availability depends on our partner operators and local conditions. Service quality may vary by location.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
